The Role
I Enjoyed the team I was working in, but had very little interest in the Intern project.
Got on with some colleagues who were receptive to interns, others did not make any effort.
The person who I sat next to was very helpful, there were many people I felt I could approach if I needed help.
Varied massively. Some days when I had something to deliver I was busy, others I had very little to do. We did have an intern project that ran parallel to our work so we could work on this if work wasn't busy.
I did work that was sent to clients, but as previously mentioned the work was simple.
Presenting skills are very useful, developed excel skills may also be useful.
The Company
Quite relaxed, people making jokes etc.
HR were excellent at organising the Internship.
We had intern presentation workshops as well as Willis Re divisional education session.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
I Can't see my self working here right now, but I haven't ruled it out just yet.
The Culture
Yes, regular events and people are always up for drinks etc.
Expensive, it's central London.
Expensive, it's central London.
I know they exist, but no one really does as an Intern.
