The Role
Really enjoyable experience, work is nicely varied and you hit the ground running quickly, helping out on proper client work from day 1.
I felt useful especially as was coming in during a busy time. Everyone is appreciative and provides good constructive feedback on the work you've done.
Regualrly had check ins with my people manager and buddy as well as bi weekly calls with the HR team, so there was lots of support if necessary.
Relatively busy. There were periods early on when planning a full weeks worth of work can be difficult, however once your a couple weeks in and people know you, you'll get a good amount of work.
Responsibility to assist on real client work, with potential to use creative license on some pieces of work.
Definitely developed good skills. As well as much deeper understanding of the industry, particularly gained excel skills
The Company
Really positive atmosphere in the office. There is a good mix of recent graduates and more senior members, but everyone is friendly and there is good communication across the floor. Sounds cheesy, but having a good team around you makes it so much better going into work every morning.
It was well organised. I was involved on multiple different projects and got to experience many different types of work.
Help was always provided when needed and especially in the first couple of weeks many hour long training session were given to get you up to speed with operations and processes.

Very appealing, the office has a very autonomous and flexible environment which I appreciate a lot, your given work and are expected to get on with things.
The Culture
Yes there was. Played monthly 5 a side football with some of the team, went to rounders tournaments and then you've also got the general pub trips after work on a Friday.
Fortunately I was lucky enough to live at home, so expenses for me were minimal. I've lived in London all my life so I'm used to the pricing, but if your coming from elsewhere expect expensive.
Holborn is right in the centre of London so you've pretty much got limitless opportunities.
Yes plenty.
