  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I would have enjoyed the placement a lot more if there were more opportunities to put management skills into place in the branch. I enjoyed the team aspect of working at Enterprise and the chance to work at different branches and learn different things was valuable

    • I felt that my colleagues respected any ideas I put forward in regards to improving the branch. I feel like management valued my opinions and listened to any problems I was having and tried to help

    • All management in the area were helpful and offered support when ever needed. I was involved in a car accident on the way to work and my manager was supportive of the situation and checked in to make sure I was ok throughout the day

    • working at a 7 day branch I feel there was rarely a period of time when the tema were all in the branch together

    • I was given the responsibility of managing the marketing in the branch
