    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • It was a well thought out programme that gave good insight into the firm both nationwide but also in the specific office I applied for. I also met wonderful people in my time there.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • In the two weeks I sat in two different seats and felt that the work I undertook actually had a purpose. It wasn't purely administrative work and I could understand what my contribution to each task was and why it mattered.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • As it was a new programme, there were undoubtedly areas of improvement but overall it was an extremely well structured programme that I will value for life. In terms of areas of improvement I would suggest less time in London (a day less) and more time in the local office. The first week at the local office feltnlkke a solid week but he second week felt short because of presentations and with the decision to be kept on being on the last day. So my regret is that I didn't get the same time in week 2 as in week 1.
