The Role
Really enjoyed how involved we get throughout the year. We are not here to make tea and coffee, we do the same job as those who are in the job. we are given training to do this and are guided throughout the process to ensure we get to make use of the full role.
As interns, we are invited to all events and are included in all incentivised events. This company welcomes us with open arms and I felt part of the team from day one.
Weekly, monthly and 3 - monthly reviews allows us to stay on track with our targets and gives us a chance to voice any challenges we are facing. All managers are open to help if you have any issues, this highlights the team attitude that is felt within this company.
Perfectly busy! no day dragged. You have to be willing to put the work in because it is a very fast pace environment however you do feel like you have accomplished a lot when all of your tasks are complete
I was in charge of registering candidates, setting up interviews, reformatting CVs, Compliance and many more duties
