    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was honestly has been the best year, I've absolutely loved my time at the Cheapside office and I'll be sad to leave.

  • You are treated just like every other employee and are given the exact same responsibilities. There's no divide and each team is really close knit and you do become part of the 'hays family' very quickly. I have made some friends for life here.

  • You have so much training away from the desk and on the job so there is plenty of time to get to grips and learn about the role. Every manager is happy to help and a lot of time is put into making sure you have the support you need.

  • The hours are long but some times its not enough to fit everything in, there's lots of tasks to complete!

  • No one else does your desk and you are solely responsibly for your own industry and recruiting vertical.

  • There are events held just for interns so gives opportunity to get to know one another

  • There is so many places to go and the office is very social!
