  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I have enjoyed my placement very much. I enjoyed it to the extent that I have extended my internship as I was keen to stay and develop what I have learnt further.

    • My colleagues regularly praised me and told me how much they valued my help, including a regional managing director.

    • My days are always very varied and busy. I have various tasks that are set by my mentor and also given to me by other members of the team.

    • I was given lots of responsibility, I momentarily ran a desk during a period of time. In this time I made several placements.

    • I feel I will go into my final year focused and driven. I feel this is as a result of the quality training I received during my time with Hays.

    • It was often very positive, however throughout my time I saw a large amount of people leave the team.

    • I believe it was very well organized. I had hands on training from my first day, including training in the head office.
