The Role
Was given lots of responsibility and high calibre training
Felt welcomed into my specific team but also the whole office
constant support and training it is a very target driven environment where you are given clear goals
It was very busy environment however you were helped out by colleagues
I was given the responsibility of managing my own desk
working structure, understanding HR theories in action
The Company
fast paced but supportive
strong training setup and constant support. there were activities and social days set-up purely for interns
