The Role
It is very hard and challenging at times but the people you meet and work with and the satisfaction you get from helping others makes it more than worthwhile.
You become best friends with those you work an live with
There is a great support staff at the company and your direct management team puts in as much effort as possible to give you all the advice that you need to be successful.
It is a very intense and challenging summer internship
I was in charge of a group of 12 students an ran training calls in the evening, took stats and sent them in each evening alongside organising and running sunday meetings and activities
Time management skills, self motivation, organisational skills and helps a lot to build confidence and independence
The Company
We don't really have a proper office. But in general everyone is very very positive
Organisation is done well. The meetings are run on time and have a very professional feel. This is improving all the time
The training in both sales, management and leadership are incredible and are a huge part of the appeal of the program

Company Parties/Events
As in my third summer doing this job I was constantly challenged with different problems that I hadn't expereince before and being out of my comfort zone to an extent really helped me grow as a person
The Culture
It is a work summer internship. We do meet up and have a great time on sundays but this is not what the internships is about. Despite that some of the friendships I have made from the job are I consider to be some of my closest friends
It teaches you to really focus on controlling and monitoring your expenses
Don't have time for this until the end when the parties are brilliant
Again not time to really do anything like this.
