The Role
I have done this job for 2 summers now and cannot think of anything more worthwhile and rewarding as a summer placement.
We work as part of a tight team, meaning that we all encourage each other and compete competitively. We meet as a team every weekend and partake in amazing activities
My student manager was amazing and coached me both technically and emotionally every evening. I also received amazing guidance from all the levels of management, right up to the President of the Company calling me personally
We work 100% from 7 59 am till 10 pm, no matter what.
We run our own sales business for the summer!!
During the course of selling books for the summer, I learned valuable success principles and life lessons that will help me in both sales, studies and life
The Company
We work tough but never ever dull, our office was out on the streets!
There are tricky moments of organisation, such as travel and accomodation, but this is entirely understandable as we are responsible for everything ourselves
I was given top of the range sales training that usually costs $2000 per head, for free. And a priceless sales support
International Travel
we are invited to grow our own business with Southwestern for as long as we please, I always have a job with them
The Culture
after the summer is over we get to party as a group and then have a big party in Africa the next winter
