  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The job was very long hours with very repetitive tasks.

  • Being a summer intern meant that i wasnt able to drive, whilst other staff members insisted that they didnt begrudge it, it was clear that it made their jobs harder.

  • My collegues were very supportive and encouraging.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • A really busy environment and lots of multitasking. I did enjoy this but there was almost too much to do to get everything done well.

  • Contracts with customers had to be audited by managers.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The job was excellent experiance, customer service skills were improved hugely.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • A lot of laughter! Part of the job was entertaining customers who were waiting for cars, so a very social job.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • The process seemed to be constantly changing and i seemed to spend a lot of time on the phone to HR organising things. Interviews and assessments etc however were seemless.

  • A weeks introduction and then a training session 6 weeks in.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Hard work, but i think if you're prepared to give everything promotion is easy. long hours are a must however.

  • everyone got along well

  • lived at home so minimal costs

  • We had work socials at clubs, bar tab at revs

  • football matches and charity days with work collegues
