The Role
The team were all very friendly and welcoming from day one. I really enjoyed my time there, feedback was very constructive.
I felt fully involved in the team just like a full time member of staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating and welcoming and they were all like my family!
The team were really helpful and flexible. The CEO was very busy, but did manage to make time for me whenever I asked him for help. Otherwise the producers were very helpful.
Perhaps a little too busy, but at least I learned a lot during the placement. I was thrown in at the deep end but that's how I prefer to learn so I think it was for the best.
I was given a lot of responsibility, I had mixed rolls with marketing and events, and was given the opportunity to run with my own events but also ensure I had enough supervision from the team.
I think the whole experience has given me more experience than I initially got during my degree. It was really good.
The Company
The atmosphere was stressful and busy at times, but everyone always had a laugh, and lots of fun.
The organisation was good, there were induction sheets which set out what we were going to learn and an induction schedule along with a staff handbook with all the rules in it
The company didn't pay for any training courses for me, but did spend a lot of time teaching me things.

Yeah I think there are - I would consider going back and working there again.
The Culture
There are not many other placement students but with colleagues there was a good atmosphere, often went out for after work drinks when we were not busy but this was more difficult during the summer.
London is expensive so this was a bit more difficult with travel etc.
The nightlife was average as Notting Hill is a bit quieter but there are a few good pubs.
Yeah there were lots of opportunities to go to networking events.
