The Role
I have really enjoyed the internship a lot. It has been really good to make a really good group of friends from the interns - this is been made possible by the structure of the scheme.
Whilst I feel really valued by my colleagues, I would say it would have been better to get some more feedback and support from my team
My senior mentor was amazing at supporting me throughout the 8 weeks. HR also were really supportive and were always saying they were there if we needed support.
It varied, some days were extremely busy, others were quitter. I would have liked at times to have been set more work that was more challenging. This increased over the 8 weeks as deadlines became more imminent.
Fairly a lot as we had the project which was entirely up to us. I like to be challenged and at times I felt that I was being under challenged within my team. The group project was a perfect balance to give us more responsibility, however I would have liked more responsibility within my team to highlight my skills.
Definitely. Everything we leant has been beneficial
The Company
Positive, good team work was clear
Really well organised, this is something I couldn't fault,. Charlotte and Sepha have done an amazing job in getting everything organised for us and making us thrive.
This was done as much as possible - everyone I contacted were extremely kind and always would meet up for a chat. This company has great company spirit and this comes across as personal training
