The Role
The Company
I think here at the FSA they take training very seriously, training is provided through e-learning modules or in class.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
I would definitely accept an offer
The Culture
Although I personally did not attend many drinks and nights out. But socialising and networking is emphasised.
Because I am from London I really did not notice any difference. But as a rule of thumb London is a more expensive city compared to other places. Nevertheless, still plenty of reasonably priced food and activities can be found.
FSA gets you involved with their Community Affairs program, and you can continue to help out those schemes or something else that you are passionate about. Overall, the organisation is very encourages its employees to take part in different things.
