  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really enjoyed the internship, gained a great exxperience and learned a lot.

  • Very. The team treated me as one of their own from the outset.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Wherever I needed, there was always someone to ask and they were more than happy to help despite their heavy workload.

  • It can vary, I have been completing ongoing tasks therefore been able to keep myself busy while I have no set tasks.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Considering the confidentiality and nature of the work, I was able to get a significant amount of responsibility which definetly kept the internship interesting.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The training and workshops we had during the internship were very useful. The group presentation went a long way in developing my communication, leadership and presentation skills.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Although being an intern, I feel as if I could m turn to anyone to aska question if needed. The vibe of the office is very relaxed and friendly.

  • The internship was very well organised with set training and presentations.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Again, considering that we were only interns, the firm did invest in us supporting us through the internship. The weekly schedule of presentations and training definetly allowed us, as interns to develop our skills beyond the internship.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Very. Although no direct employment was available through my internship, we were encouraged to talk to graduate recruitment to discuss future plans.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes. HR were very accomodating in providing the interns a chance to socialise with numerous social events.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • All of the cost of socializing was covered by the firm.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • Very good, situated between the city and shoreditch was a great place for spontaneous drinks.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • We were only there for a short period of time, therefore getting involved in events outside would be difficult.
