  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Each vacation scheme student was allocated a supervisor and a trainee buddy who were incredibly supportive throughout the 3 weeks. My team were also incredibly supportive and many of them would pop in to my office to make sure I was getting on okay.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The training at the start of the summer scheme was really useful. I had no previous experience of using LexisNexis, PLC and Westlaw and so the training was really valuable.

    5/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • The vacation scheme has provided a really valuable insight into what it would be like to be a trainee solicitor at Nabarro. I have had the opportunity to get involved with real trainee work, and have been able to attend team meetings, and really get a feel for what the trainee day-to-day looks like at Nabarro.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • It was really useful to be placed within 1 department for the entire 3 weeks as you really got to settle in to both the team and wider Nabarro culture. It provided a great lens into the Nabarro culture.

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
