  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • In the first 2 weeks during my handover period every single person I spoke to offered support and guidance for over the next year which was really reassuring. Had monthly reviews with my manager discussing any issues and how I was getting along.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was on some days a bit too busy but my manager knew I could handle it and I had continual support during these periods and because of the time of the year was something that couldn't be helped. The extra work I completed was recognised and appreciated. In general I had a good balance.
