  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • The experience of commuting to the FCA headquarters alone was an unforgettable experience as you feel the rush of a proper 9-5 job in the working world. The atmosphere and culture however was very different from what was expected as it was very friendly and flexible.

    4/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • The insight provided a very good understanding into the world of regulation, how the company works, what they do. They focus a lot on diversity and inclusion and this is felt throughout the culture at the business. Regulation is a very tedious task and not one that many people understand or are aware of so this insight week had changed my perception of such.
