    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the Visible Women Spring Week at the FCA, I felt that I was really able to learn more about what the organisation does that I wasn't aware of prior to the spring week. There were several opportunities to network with existing employees and the week was very engaging overall.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt very welcomed by all the members of staff I met at the FCA right from the receptionist all the way to the COO. Refreshments were provided at the beginning of each day and lunch was taken care of for the week.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • All the employees were easy to talk to about any questions and concerns we had about tasks we had been assigned such as preparing for a group presentation in front of senior representatives

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I developed team work, presentation and communication skills through having to present a presentation on what the FCA can do to get closer to the consumers it represents which will be of significant use for group projects throughout my degree as well as public speaking.
