Student Review

The experience of attending the Insight Day was excellent. When we walked into the building, the staffs warmly welcomed each one of us. During the day, we learned about roles from different divisions through carefully prepared presentations. The speakers all sounded knowledgeable and knew what they were talking. We were also provided the opportunity to actually meet and talk people in the organisaiton's, from seniors to the graduates hired from the past two years. The friendliness and inclusiveness that you could find from their employees tell much about the culture of the organization!

The event organizer and other speakers paused from time to time to allow attendees to express our thoughts and ask questions. They also care about each attendee's experience and asked us to provide them feedback for future improvement. The organization also generously reimburse your travel expense to a reasonable amount if you live outside of London or have special needs for transportation. The company made me feel they truly value each participant.

Much. Everyone there was very eager to provide various guidance and support and to make us feel comfortable during the insight day.

It was highly structured. They provided us a detailed timetable and listed all the workshops, its time and the name of the speakers presented them. You can tell that the organizer spent much time on structuring the event.

It was just one day but from I heard from talking to the previous hires during the they all said that the organisation highly valued their personal training and development and were willing to offer their maximum support to their employees.

You can observe the relaxing yet professional atmosphere in the office. People were also looked happy, eased and came from all sorts of different background, which shows the organization values diversity and inclusiveness culture which really attracts me.

Definitely a big YES!
