The Role
It was...ok. Learned a lot, didn't really develop as many key skills due to lack of opportunities.
This dependend on the project. Project 1 was ok, 2 was terrible and 3 was very good. Very much depends on the people you are working with.
Once again depended on the project, 1 great, 2 terrible, 3 amazing.
Pretty busy.
*Depended on the project klaxon* 1 was very little, 2 none and three a bit.
Skills for life in terms of networking, not wanting to work at Accenture and the drive to fulfill that wish and knowing how to keep my head above water in a busy corporate environment.
The Company
Depended on the project. Some were fun and others drab!
The placement was setup well. Any problems were dealt with and all of the staff we were in contact with on the placement team were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Very little. I did the basic Excel course that all new joiners do - but this is mainly because I was a temporary hire.
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Very good - there's a decent path if you want to work like mad to become a middle manager.
The Culture
Very poor compared to other schemes I've heard about. A lot of the activities were sorted by the students themselves.
East London so pretty expensive!
Varied per project, some very good and others poor.
Some opportunities, with charity days, corporate events etc.
