  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Many people in the organisation have previously been undergraduates and graduates, including the current MD. Lots of procedures in place such as performance reviews and each undergraduate will also be assigned a mentor.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Thrown into the deep end straight away, and sometimes had a very high workload and I would have to put many extra hours in. However this has allowed me to develop many skills and have lots of experiences as I worked on a vast range of projects.

  • All roles at Vauxhall have very high levels of responsibility.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
