Office Management and Corporate Operations Placement – Zurich

Role Summary

EWM Global is a leading FinTech company supporting Financial Services companies around the world in the Digital Transformation of their Executive Compensation administration. Our firm has an international reach operating out of London (England), Zurich (Switzerland) and Stamford, CT (United States) to serve our clients, which include some of the world’s largest banks, insurance companies and Private Equity firms.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and reliable professional to join our global team in Zurich (Switzerland), in the area of Office Management and Corporate Operations. This position will support the organization by providing first class administration support and will assure the smooth day-today running of the office. This is a role for a true team player who uses their initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure and always with a smile. You will be exposed to senior stakeholders within the business, and if you can show initiative, you’ll gain a unique insight into how business works around the globe.

Duties and Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Order office equipment, supplies, stationery & refreshments
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Assist with compiling and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage phone and mail correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and company events
  • Coordinate international travel for Staff & Clients
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by Senior Management

Corporate Operations

  • Project Research and Assistance
  • Support Marketing and Communications Activites
  • Be responsible for maintaining the company Intranet
  • Brand Support
  • General Support - Work closely with the Operations team to support on a variety of tasks, from project research and vendor analysis to liaising with senior management to gain a better understanding of how the organisation operates.

Who you are

  • EU/UK Citizen – Needed in order to get a Swiss working visa
  • A second year undergraduate completing a professional placement year in your third year
  • Predicted 2:1 degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in business operations
