Insurance Strategy Consulting Internship

Join us as an intern at Aon Inpoint, and from day one you’ll be integral to our insurance strategy team — helping our clients navigate an ever-evolving market to drive profit, growth and results.

Aon Inpoint provides advisory services and strategic implementation support to many of the most prestigious companies in the global insurance, reinsurance, health and benefits markets.

We have privileged access to Aon’s proprietary data and its global network of reinsurance industry experts, which allows us to pinpoint unique and compelling insights that’ll give our clients the edge over their competition. As an Aon intern, you’ll become part of our team of experts who translate these insights into practical actions, tangible returns and positive results for our clients.

The role

Focusing on strategy development and market engagement, you’ll work with account and project teams to deliver business-focused initiatives and strategic recommendations for our clients, giving them the advice they need to grow and improve their operating performance. You’ll also actively support clients in putting those recommendations into practice.

Our interns experience the full lifecycle of our business. You’ll focus on developing client-management skills too, and build relationships with a broad spectrum of people — including clients, our own industry specialists and members of the global reinsurance markets.
