The role
Focusing on strategy development and engagement, you will join the Aon Inpoint Solutions Group in London as Graduate, based in our global headquarters. Your role will involve working with account and project teams to deliver business focused initiatives and strategic recommendations for (re)insurers to grow and improve their operating performance. You will also actively support the execution and implementation of those recommendations.
Our graduates experience the full lifecycle of our business – client management and an understanding of client needs underpin this lifecycle and are key in all that we do. As such, you will meet and develop relationships with a broad spectrum of people including our own industry specialists, our clients and members of the wider London and international (re)insurance markets.
Training and development
As part of the Aon Inpoint team you will focus on strategy development and market engagement, working from our global headquarters in London. You will work with account and project teams to deliver business focused initiatives and strategic recommendations for clients to grow and improve their operating performance. You will also actively support the execution and implementation of those recommendations.
Your development will also be enhanced by the support we will give you to gain the industry-recognised ACII qualification, ensuring your knowledge keeps pace with your ambition.
Although an internship or placement year does not guarantee a place on our Graduate Programme, many of our candidates go on to a successful career with us, as you will be automatically considered for the Graduate Programme, with no further assessment required.
Requirements
We accept applications from graduates on track for a 2:1 in any discipline. You must have strong numeracy skills and the desire and ability to excel in a competitive environment, where personal communication and analytical skills are key. Building relationships and strategy is at the heart of what we do and you’ll need to show you can work collaboratively to develop solutions for our clients.
