Quality Management Placements

The BMW Group is currently recruiting a number of interns to join our Quality Management department at the MINI Plant in Oxford. As part of the Quality Management department you will be part of the team that will be responsible for steering total vehicle quality and the introduction of new products to Plant Oxford. Your main objective will be to deliver customer satisfaction by performing analysis and testing of the vehicles, guaranteeing that every car is of the highest quality. You will be part of the team that is essential to ensuring continuous process and product improvements so that MINI maintains its competitive position.

Roles available include Quality Reporting/Audit where you will represent the voice of the MINI customer within Plant Oxford by evaluating our vehicles and communicating issues to partners within the process chain. Launch and Change Control, where you will be responsible for the successful implementation of both new vehicle projects and current change introduction for all programmes at Plant Oxford, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are robust. Placements are also available in our Validation and Integration teams where you will be responsible for root cause analysis of customer concerns and total vehicle validation throughout the process. As well as in our Electronics/Powertrain team, Vehicle Reliability and Product Engineering teams.
