Unilever is one of the largest fast-moving consumer goods companies in the world. We make some of the world’s most loved brands: Dove, Lynx, PG Tips, Ben & Jerrys, Sure, Magnum, Knorr and Hellmann’s, to name a few. Unilever takes care of the whole supply chain of its products, from development and sourcing right through to production, marketing and distribution. 168,000 people globally produce brands that are sold in 190 countries and used by two billion people daily.
Our people have the opportunity to help build a bright future for our world, making a big impact every day, on a local level, across Europe and the globe. We have a proven tradition of developing our own purpose driven leaders and encourage innovative thinking.
You’ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You’ll use this level of insight to help develop our products’ personalities and bring them to life. That could mean working on the launch of a new ice cream, undertaking research on the latest trends in hair care, looking at sponsorship opportunities for Flora or planning a digital campaign for Lynx.
Creative flair will see you go far, but marketing is commercially focused and demands strong business skills to actually make things happen. It takes a deep sense of logic, ambition, organisational and analytical skills, a head for figures and great gut instincts.
We have a strong performance culture with challenging goals, future focussed feedback and drive for innovation and ambition in an inclusive informal environment. We will push you to achieve your potential and make a big business impact where you learn from the best. First-hand experience - it’s the fastest way to learn.
