Kimberly-Clark is an innovative business looking for talented individuals to join our 12-month E-commerce Industrial Placement in Brighton, Sussex.

UK E-Commerce Industrial Placement

The Ecommerce placement provides the opportunity to work and learn within the EMEA E-commerce function, rotating through different placements such as; Analytics, Media and Digital Store Management. Gaining experience in digital store management, you will cover areas such as; agreeing and changing prices, adjusting merchandising (product imagery) and specifying and testing new functionality of sites, monitoring customer feedback and running and evaluating campaigns.

In data analytics there will be the opportunity to help create and maintain score cards as well as collect, analyse and interpret data around spends per person, click rates and buyer behaviour. You could also be helping to create and book media, share best practice across retailers and support digital media management. There will also be the opportunity to apply best practices for the K-C Way of Brand Building in E-commerce and operations for Kimberly-Clark EMEA brands.

The Individual:

We’re committed to sourcing the best talent in the country. If you are a bright, ambitious undergraduate and have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you!

We look for candidates who:

  • Are currently undertaking a Bachelor Degree and are on track for a 2:1 or better. Business, Science, Economics, I.T or a Numerate-related degree is required
  • Has an interest in digital, ecommerce and social media
  • Excellent communication skills as you will liaise with a range of internal departments
  • Energised and ambitious
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Will have strong numerical skills and demonstrable analytical thinking capability
  • Have a high learning agility
  • Second European language is desirable particularly French, Spanish, German.
  • Be proactive and have the ability to work as part of a team
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have permanent visa to work in UK
