Our graduate programme

Our graduate recruitment has always been an integral part of our growth and many of our Managers and Directors have started in training soon after leaving university. Our sales teams work in incredibly social environments where their job is to speak and listen to people all day. Not everyone they speak to needs a lecture on the economic fundamentals that underpin the London property market, but a 360 degree working knowledge of their area and the market is essential.

Anyone that works at Foxtons will be mentored and coached on every aspect of their role. We are exceptionally focussed on training, and rightly so, we believe that it is our responsibility to give everyone a strong foundation of knowledge before they join their department and build on that throughout their career.

The most important qualifications are enthusiasm, energy, integrity and a positive attitude. If you have drive, determination and want to work with like-minded people, we offer fast- track opportunities with progression to senior level positions. We never recruit people into senior positions; everyone starts at exactly the same level!

We will help you maximise your existing skills while teaching you new ones to ensure you are fully confident in your role. Our headquarters houses specialist training facilities and every new employee receives comprehensive, individual tuition as part of a hands-on training programme.
