The Role
I really enjoyed working for such a great company with tremendous group of people. I learnt a lot about the business in which it operates, made huge steps in my personal development and got priceless work experience!
I was an integral part of the team throughout budget, forecast or 5 year planning processes and there was no such day when I would feel not needed or something on the same lines
Absolutely any question or issue that I had was quickly resolved because I could ask anybody in my team who were more than happy to help me with anything at anytime
I was really busy during intense period like forecasting, budget planning or 5 year plan, but there were also moments when I did not had that much work to do. But for most of the time, I would say I was busy
I had been give quite a few responsibilities, but just felt that I could be given a bit more of them
No doubts about that, placement is a superb opportunity to get to know yourself, test your existing skills and indeed learn new ones, which I am sure will be invaluable in my future career
The Company
It was perfect! Although the work we were doing is serious, however in the office it didn't feel like that - everybody was smiling, were really sociable with no stress at all!
Set up was good, I just feel that I could be involved and given slightly more responsibilities
There were numerous occasions when I could participate in some courses which give you an opportunity to see how successful people in Disney started their careers, different courses on how business operates on the whole helped in understanding just how huge this company is

I am sure if you apply during your final year at uni having got experience in working with Disney, they will consider you very strongly and quite possibly you might be back again!
The Culture
Everybody was really open, friendly and willing to get to know each other more!
Living in London can be really expensive and that includes not only rent you have to pay, but also night outs and generally, everything in London is not that cheap!
Plenty of pubs, bars just outside of office so the only thing you would need is a desire and a bit of money!
It is London and there literally nothing that you could not do here!
