The Role
Really enjoyed the experience, people and regular events that were held.
We were praised on pieces of work we completed and got a chance to create a report to outline key learnings from pieces of work completed during our 10 weeks.
Managers were very approachable and helped support and develop us from day one.
Varied from week to week, had phases where there was an overload as well as a lack of work.
Given the opportunity to take on pieces of work with responsibility however due to the lack of experience we weren't given the amount of responsibility as we would have liked.
I feel I have learnt a lot throughout my 10 weeks it was a good amount of time to be able to receive regular feedback and build up any mistakes. Training was very good feel as if I can apply it to similar jobs in the future.
The Company
Really lively, great people to work with, everyone is approachable and easy to get on with.
I feel as if there could've have been more structure to the internship with regards to the pieces of work we were allocated.
We were given many opportunities to develop our skills, regular meetings, excel training, talks and presentations.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Very appealing.
The Culture
Everyone was friendly, many social events as well as sports activities we could take part in.
sports, social events, team building.
