The Role
Really enjoyable process, surrounded by great people - very smart but very friendly atmosphere.
I felt that all the work I did was valuable and contributed, my colleagues would often remark how much having me on board helped to complete team goals.
Very good support provided by management and through the buddy/mentor system - very open dialogue.
I was kept busy but the work was manageable, allowed me to maintain a good work-life balance
A good level, the work was important and others relied upon its accuracy to do their job correctly.
Greatly, I believe the skills gained will provide a valuable basis for my future career.
The Company
Very good atmosphere - very friendly and open but also committed to excellence, a very good balance.
Well organised, lots of very interesting events however I did have access issues during the time which could have been better.
Heavily, lots of networking involved and at every level of seniority people could not be more willing to sit down with you and offer advice.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very good, you seem to be only limited by how willing you are to advance, definitely a meritocracy and I'm hopeful of a job offer.
The Culture
Certainly, really good intern group and plenty of organised social events to bring people together
Expensive, it's London but you expect that you can still have fun without spending crazy amounts though
Very good, again it's London
Yes, actively encouraged to join the gym and the work life balance is great allowing for plenty of activities.
