  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Overall, I really enjoyed my internship: it has not only allowed me to learn about banking, but it has also given me the possibility to meet people who taught me to communicate and be professional when working for a big organisation such Lloyds.

  • Generally, I felt valued by my colleagues. Some members of my team helped me whenever they could.

  • Every time I asked for some guidance to the team members with whom I interacted more, they were always supportive.

  • I think I had the right amount of workload every day.

  • Depending on the task, I was given more or less responsibility but I would say that the right balance was found,

  • We received the right training for our internship. Moreover, both the summer intern challenge and the charity challenge helped us to develop our skills furtherly.
