    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The work was very varied. I had a lot of support. The work set was altered according to my capabilities.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone was super friendly and lovely so I would give them a ten but I am incredibly shy so creating that bond with difficult.

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

  • It was organised quite well and my line manager filled in the rest.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The induction was very expensive and the time that people put in me was a lot but we did not have an end of placement event which would have been nice.

    3/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • 1/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Super appealing but they didn't take people with a 2:2 even if they did really well but they took everyone else, no matter how rubbish they were at their job.

    2/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Nope.

    2/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I have always lived in London so I am used to london prices but it's so much more expensive than everywhere else. The London allowance should be more as travel cost me a small fortune. Perhaps a travel card could be provided by the company.

    2/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • As I worked in London but lived in the suburbs I couldn't get back home easily. Also, the interns didn't socialise together, I did not live in the provoided accomodation but apparently even that was dead.

    2/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • No, except for charity cahllenge events.

    2/5
