    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Really enjoyed the overall experience, great place to work and I have learnt a lot. Also like the fact that there are a lot of other students doing placements here.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone in the team was very welcoming right from the onset and easy to talk to if you have any queries with anything. Not treated just as a student which helps make you feel like you fit in and also means you are given real work and responsibility from colleagues.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • 5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • 4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Given real work and therefore real responsibility during my placement year.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I have learnt here will be useful to apply to my degree studies next year and I think they will really help me in the future as I develop my career. These vary from training courses such as Lean Six Sigma to learning to meet deadlines and working well under pressure.
