The Role
- Very friendly people -HR organise lots of socials -Generally relaxed envrionment
- Only given real work/projects -Almost treated as part of the team
-Were always there to answer questions
-Always had the opportunity to ask for more work -Had up and down busy periods -Couldn't get inlvolved with the BAU as much
-By the end my work was being directly shared with board members -Earnt responsibility as I went along
- Improved my excel skills - Knowledge or regulation and fixed income improved a lot
The Company
-Friendly approachable people - Sat very close to the CEO and my manager was on the board so good exposure -People tend to eat there lunches at the desk which isn't the most fun
Very well organised
Training was very basic Most of the real training was on the job but people were willing to sit down and show you thing

Good graduate scheme to get onto and very broad Company is growing and is back by a large financial group
The Culture
All very friendly interns but peple people only seemed to want to do things on a Friday
It's London, so obviously incredibly expensive but worth it
Unlimted amount of bars throughout the City
Micro-Tyco charity challenege wa sjust annoying Cricket games
