    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I enjoyed the insight to a great extent. This is because of how much I have learnt about Goldman Sachs, its Investment management more specifically and my own preferences in terms of what I want to do next.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt very valued. Everyone I met was very helpful and willing to sit down and explain things or chat about what their job was about. I especially valued the buddy system as I established a very good relation with my buddy and he supported me throughout the two weeks.

    4/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • I believe the most guidance and support came from my buddy who was always available to answer my questions and clear my doubts but my team as a whole was very present and well-prepared.

    4/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I definitely got a clearer idea of what I want to do when I graduate and I learned aspects of asset management and private wealth management that will definitely help me in making better informed decisions in the future. I also had some good interview practice which I am sure will prove useful.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • It was very helpful as I was working at a desk, working at a real project, while listening and observing full-time employees through their daily jobs.
