    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • The insight had a great schedule. There was a mix of both networking, insight, workshops and question time. We got to see a little bit of London, mix with senior employees, shadow associates and participate in workshops. All of these were well scheduled in that we had an intensive workshop followed by a light networking event.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Due to my insight being a first year programme I was only there for two days. However, the firm offered it's senior partners and associates to deliver workshops which I bekieve was a great investment to develop the skills which each workshop intended to enhance.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Every session I participated in gave me an insight into the firm. I regularly had the chance to speak with employees and to ask questions about life in the firm. I was given the opportunity to shadow a trainee for an afternoon during which time I was able to assist in completing work and to ask questions about being a trainee.

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • I have a great insight into the firm after visiting. Whilst the website is very detailed it is difficult to get a real sense of a firm from just reading about it. Meeting everyone in the firm I was a great way to understand the firm's ethos.
