    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I really enjoyed the opportunity given, especially because I knew that my input was valued and that it would help the future of certain parts of the business. Also, I experienced work shadowing sessions with various business units and I further developed the understanding of how the business comes together. Furthermore, understanding the diversity of skills and opinions people bring and their inclusion, I think that made Goldman stand out for me; especially having been part of a similar programme an year before.
