About You
I enjoyed it throughly and learnt a lot.
I felt valued and like they wanted to get to know me, which made me feel very welcome in the company.
There was always someone there to answer any of my questions and I felt fully supported.
The information I received gave me a fuller understanding of investment banking and hence has helped me make informed career choices. We also focused a lot on presentation skills and this in turn is fully transferable to my work as part of my degree.
The Company
very well structured and everything ran to the schedule we had been given as the beginning of the week.
Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was 100% helpful, staff and other people on the Spring Week.
I felt they invested in me throughout the week as they ran numerous useful development sessions, especially focusing on presentation skills
Greatly the opportunity to work shadow and be in the offices was useful in understanding what it would be like to have a full time job there.
A lot, all members of staff spoke of the culture and simply being in the offices allowed me to see that for myself.
Very much so, it has allowed me to find out what kind of firm I would like to join and the career I may potentially take.
Everything Else
we sent travel expenses forms and our expenses will be fully reimbursed
Networking sessions held in the evenings and questions and answer sessions held throughout the day. Met many employees. We were even taken out to lunch by some of them and others met us outside of the office hours for coffees.
they were great, got to get to know other people on the spring week and employees from all departments and divisions.
Yes we had a morning session on all the activities and charity work employees get involved with.
Yes!
