  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was amazing! Well organised, providing interns with an invaluable view on the various divisions of the bank. Definitively exciting. This is the best Insight Week for both those who are strongly convinced that finance world is the best place for their future careers and those who just want to know more about this environment before applying for a summer internship.

    • We all felt super valued. The bank made always feel us like really the people they need for the future of the company.

    • We were always supported by the HR team that provided us with everything needed. Great organization and amazing people.

    • The program gave me the opportunity to develop many skills that will be useful for my degree and my future career. Great case study sessions.

    • It was amazingly organised. Great combination of team working and networking sessions.

    • The atmosphere was relaxed during the entire week. People were really open to discuss ideas and to answer questions.

    • The bank invested a lot on candidates providing specific divisional days.

    • It was really helpful. The culture at BAML is probably the best in the industry. Great importance is given to diversity.

    • There were a lot of networking sessions during the week were to meet and talk directly with employees.

    • Social events were always great and well organised. The dinner was amazing!
