    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Was a great insight into working at BT. I was able to understand a lot more about the products they worked on and the opportunities available once you are in the company.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • You were treated like you were a full time employee, given lots of responsibility and gave presentations to other members of staff and clients.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • We were assigned to graduate employees who specialised in the area we were working on. We had regular contact with them and they were always available to help us when we needed it.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • There was always work to be done trying to achieve a goal by the end of the 12 weeks. The goal was usually pretty ambitious in the 12 week period so it drove you to work hard each day.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
