Role Description

I was a summer analyst in the Investment Banking Division of the bank. Since I was in Advisory, my daily tasks were: doing industry research, prepare pitchbooks, prepare deal-specific documentation... in essence as an intern, anyone is expected to available to help the whole team work better. I was specifically staffed in two execution deals which were very interesting and made me learn a lot and normally analysts or associates would ask me to help in other projects too.

    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I really can't think of a better bank and a better team in which to intern!! Not only did I learn a lot, but also I felt very integrated in my team, I met very interesting and talented professionals, we had a lot of networking events for interns, etc. I can't wait to go back full-time!

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Of course as and intern is difficult to get a lot os responsibility. I as very lucky to be staffed as an analyst for a deal during 3 weeks, so I guess responsibility was higher than for other interns.
