The Role
Very thorough wide range of learning however I had a 70 mile commute each way to work
I was given respect and more responsibility than expected
I was sent on courses and people set aside time to teach me new skills
I was kept suitably busy in a positive learning environment
Plenty I was fully involved in the job and felt part of the team relevant to the role I was training for
As my degree is a practical construction degree my hands on work in placement will be very valuable to final year
The Company
Positive and warming towards me
Structured learning both on site and in the office with different departments
I was given a company laptop a wage and sent on important and relevant courses
Company Car
Above 25 days holiday
Very positive as they have a well paid structured graduate scheme aimed to her employees chartered with bodies such as the RICS
The Culture
Yes organised socials and also general celebrations for peoples birthdays
This is expected in the area where I live anywhere
Birmingham is a good social area anyway
Yes sports teams
