The Role
Fast-paced, lots of responsibility and exposure
Given numerous roles to fulfil from my team
Good support, two review stages were carried out where feedback was given in depth
Days went very quickly with different projects being worked on at the same time
For a summer internship I felt I was a very good amount of responsibility. More than I thought I would have had.
Sampling working life in such an environment will definitely make it easier for me to manage my workload and complete my studies.
The Company
The office was extremely friendly I felt I could go up to anyone with a question I had.
Overall the structure of the internship was very good. We were put on our desks as early as possible and we were provided with various talks from current employees that were insightful.
Two feedback and review cycles were completed in 10 weeks. We were allowed to offer our own self-review as well take on board advice form numerous colleagues.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The firm are very clear about the process and do not require re-application which is very helpful
The Culture
We were given ample time to get to know the cohort and spend time with each other during talks and drinks events.
It is expensive to socialise everywhere in central London. Fortunately I lived at home.
Runs, charity events and community service events all took place during the 10 weeks.
