The Role
Good internship, with a large cohort of interns to share problems and spend time with.
As I became more valuable to the team, I was more involved in the direction taken by the team, decisions about projects etc.
At the beginning of my internship, I was given a large amount of support. My supervisor didn't appear to mind my questions, as long as I had tried to solve the problem a bit myself first.
Not too busy, which gave me time to go to the gym during the day.
As I progressed in my internship, I was given more and more internship.
Certainly helped me with one of my modules this year, which is using the tools I used during in my internship.
The Company
Generally, everyone was very focussed. Fridays were a bit more relaxed with more banter.
Very well organised, with training and talks at the start of the internship.
We were given a fair amount of training at the beginning of the internship, although not all of it was useful for me.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
The structure of the company is pretty rigid, many people had been in the same role/title for 5+ years.
The Culture
Yes - especially at the start.
High! London
Lived in London - lots of clubs.
Not a huge amount organised by work
