The Role
Work placement was enjoyable and varying roles made it constantly interesting.
Generally, i always felt my input was appreicated.
Support was nearly always there when required.
In the office workload was variable and not always enough to keep busy, however site work was Busy busy busy, but at a manageable level.
Given the responsibility of my own work packages to manage on site was good and in the office i was compiling contract programme for new jobs.
My expereince is already proving incredibly useful in final year studies!
The Company
Office was okay. Site office was a lot more craic. Lunch breaks were rarely taken/short
Well organised with placement liason identified. Spending time in each department was useful but sometimes too long in certain areas.
Occasional internal training courses were arranged. More industry accredited training schemes would have been far more useful i.e. SMSTSS
Flexi Time

Future graduate scheme is definitely an option. Two year grad programme is excessive given number of training days involved. Salary however is one of best graduate salaries i have found in the industry.
The Culture
Placement students were spread around the reigon/departments/offices so it was rare to spend time with other placement students.
Working near my hometown so as i have always known.
As above
A few, not loads.
