The Role
Very welcoming company. Given the opportunity to attend interesting meetings and responsibility to draft documents. Invited to CPD events.
I was treated as a member of the team.
I had two mentors who were very approachable, happy to help and gave me work.
I had a good balance of work.
I was able to draft documents and receive feedback on those. I was able to attend site visits and meetings.
I was given the chance to improve my presentation skills which was incredibly valuable. I also got the chance to use computer systems that I will use in my career. The experience was very valuable.
The Company
great balance between work and social atmosphere.
very well organised. we had a clear project to complete over the duration of our internship, and specific courses to attend as interns.
I felt they invested their time in me. They spent time taking me through projects and processes specific to planning. They also ensured attendance at our end-of-internship presentation.
