  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Brilliant support from my supervisor. Constant meetings to tell me how well I was doing and what I needed to improve on for the future weeks. It was really helpful and I was never shy to ask for help.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was extremely busy. I got given a bit too much for my placement which brought on a lot of stress which was unfortunate but I had a lot of support and managed to complete all the tasks I got set.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I gained during my placement will help me a lot. I am more confident in a working environment and having this experience under my belt is a great advantage to getting a job after my studies.

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Everyone was very friendly to each other and there was never belittling in any way. Stressful at times but that came with the job.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Brilliantly set up. Started with no problems and given clear instructions even before I started.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They gave me to opportunity to work side by side with their best marketing team which was a risk during one of the busiest times of the year but I believe it paid off.

    4/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I just commuted from my house in Headingley everyday so didn't have to worry about the cost of living and socialising.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • I go out often in Leeds and it is an incredible night out with friends.

    5/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • I didn't get a chance to get involved in any activities as I was so tired after the day of working I couldn't face to do anything else.
