The Role
It was very well organised and I enjoyed it a lot
I felt like I am a part of the team, important tasks were assigned to me
I have been given enough space to prove myself and feel challenged - personally I prefer this way, but for some it may be not enough guidance.
I was very busy between my projects to finish and my internship (hr) events, however there was enough time for everything.
I was given a full ownership of my project, which let me prove myself.
I have managed to use some of the skills from University as well as learn new things during y internship which can be easily transferrable.
The Company
There was both time for fun and for work, which I believe is the best ratio.
There was many useful talks and career development classes, which helped me realised I do want to stay with the firm after graduation.
Firm is still putting lots of time and resources to get me on board, which I appreciate a lot.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
I already got a graduate position and will be joining firm shortly.
The Culture
We had a social events, both organised by a firm and organised by us.
London is quite expensive, however the pay covers potential expenses.
As it is centre of London, the nightlife is very good.
There was many extra things, social groups, gym etc so there were opportunities to get involved.
